Treatment with the drug “Embryonic extract”

“Embryonic extract” is a unique Ukrainian medicine based on quail embryonic proteins. The main principle of the biostimulator is to improve regenerative processes and systemic rejuvenation of the body. The drug is used to treat the consequences of injuries and nervous shocks, psoriasis and neurodermatitis, degenerative diseases of the peripheral nerves, and gastrointestinal diseases. The medicine is also used as an effective adjuvant in the treatment of cancer.

“Embryonic extract” is manufactured according to the patient’s individual order. It was developed by a team of Ukrainian scientists under the leadership of oncologist, immunologist, candidate of biological sciences Gennady Didenko.

History of the use of embryonic proteins in medicine

The use of embryonic proteins has a long history. The first scientific reports about the possibility of using substances of embryonic origin to treat diseases date back to the beginning of the 20th century. Homogenates, ointments and extracts of animal embryonic tissues have been used for the treatment of wounds, in gerontological practice, as well as for the treatment of ulcers in humans.

David Goldberg used a 10% ointment based on animal embryonic cells to treat slow-healing wounds, and obtained a pronounced anti-inflammatory and desensitizing effect. In Germany, the USA, and Japan, extracts, emulsions, and dry powders from the organs of embryos of various animals, as well as from the maternal and fetal parts of the placenta are successfully used to treat tumors, blood diseases, immune disorders, burns, and surgical wounds. There are reports in the literature about the success of using methods of transplantation of fetal xenogeneic (animal) tissues for the treatment of diseases such as diabetes mellitus and Parkinson’s disease.

What drugs based on embryonic proteins exist?

In modern medicine, the antitumor drug “Propes” is widely used, which contains amino acid complexes obtained from animal embryonic tissues. The drug was approved by the pharmacological committee of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on December 25, 1995. The disadvantage of this product is that it is produced in a lyophilized state (it is known that during lyophilization up to 70% of the activity of the drug is lost). Another well-known fetal drug is Erbisol. However, this drug contains only two amino acid complexes, which, in fact, can only perform an immunomodulatory effect.

The most effective product is whole embryonic extract, since it contains the entire complex of growth and cell differentiation factors that guarantee complete tissue formation. In addition, the complete embryonic extract contains active telomerase and a complex of enzymes that ensure its activation. These substances can only be stored frozen. Taking these factors into account, the R.E. Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine developed a technology for the rapid extraction and cryopreservation of embryonic proteins in order to maximize the preservation of their biological functions.

“Embryonic extract” is an innovative medicine based on whole embryonic proteins

“Embryonic extract” is used to restore regenerative processes and systemic rejuvenation of the body through the action of regulatory peptides of the quail embryo. The drug stimulates the functional activity of mononuclear phagocytes and natural killer cells (activates nonspecific immune reactions of the body). The drug suppresses the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines in allergic diseases.

“Embryonic extract” is quite effective for stimulating regenerative processes in the body:

  • promotes liver restoration during destructive processes;
  • promotes rapid tissue recovery after surgery:
  • stimulates immune cells and restores brain function;
  • exhibits antitoxic effect;
  • improves liver function;
  • suppresses the development of tumor processes;
  • promotes regression (reduction) of the tumor through its resorption.

Indications for use of “Embryonic extract”

  • age-related disorders of regenerative processes in the body;
  • dysfunction of the prostate gland;
  • consequences of traumas and nervous shocks,
  • psoriasis and neurodermatitis;
  • gastritis, duodenitis and ulcerative formations of the digestive system;
  • degenerative diseases of peripheral nerves (neuritis, polyneuropathy);
  • degenerative processes of the liver;
  • phlebeurysm;
  • asthenic conditions;
  • cachexia;
  • infectious diseases, during the period of convalescence (recovery).

In addition, “Embryonic extract” is used in the complex treatment of malignant neoplasms (lung cancer, kidney cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer, rectal cancer, duodenal cancer, small and colon cancer, melanoma, soft tissue and bone sarcoma), and is also indicated for the treatment of diseases associated with impaired immune status.

How is the procedure carried out

инъекции эмбрионального экстракта

Before injection, add 1 ml of a 2% lidocaine solution to the vial (if you are not allergic to lidocaine).

“Embryonic extract” is prescribed intramuscularly to adults:

  • during surgical treatment, 10 ml once before surgery and 3 times after surgery, with an interval of seven days;
  • for long-term radical radiation therapy of patients with systemic cancer, the drug is administered once, 10 ml two days before the start of radiotherapy, and for nine days after radiation therapy (three injections of 10 ml once every three days);
  • in the treatment of diseases associated with impaired immunological status, four injections of 10 ml with an interval of five to seven days.

Before administration, the specialist defrosts the bottle (18-25°C), adds lidocaine and then administers it within 15 minutes from the moment of defrosting.
