Modern technologies

Liquid biopsy

Liquid biopsy technology allows you to determine the presence of a tumor using a blood test. Nord clinic Alliance uses this technique to detect lung cancer.

The essence of the neoliquid liquid biopsy is to search for genetic material that is released by tumor cells during their vital activity. Just one blood test makes it possible to examine the structure of the tumor and prescribe the most effective individual treatment plan.

The Da Vinci Robot

Surgical removal of prostate, kidney, and bladder tumors is performed using the Da Vinci robotic system. This is the most minimally invasive method of surgical treatment of tumors available today.

The operation is performed through several small holes. Da Vinci’s surgical instruments can perform 360-degree movements. Thus, doctors can perform complex surgical procedures in places that are difficult for the surgeon’s hands to reach.

After robot-assisted surgeries, the rehabilitation period is significantly shorter, as fewer healthy tissues are damaged. For the same reason, there is less risk of postoperative complications, such as sexual dysfunction and urinary incontinence.

Focal ablation of prostate cancer TULSA-PRO

For patients with prostate cancer and benign hyperplasia, the cancer center performs ultrasound ablation (HIFU) using the new TULSA-PRO technology.

With its help, doctors can perform dosed ultrasound radiation in various areas of the prostate gland under the control of MRI in real time. This makes it possible to develop an individual program for each patient, depending on:
