Tony Carram is a vascular surgeon, head of the unit of endovascular surgery and vascular access in the Department of Vascular Surgery and Transplantation at the Rambam Medical Center in Israel.

The doctor specializes in both standard vascular and minimally invasive endovascular interventions. He treats aneurysms of the carotid artery and aorta, participates in organ transplant operations, forms vascular access (arteriovenous fistulas) for hemodialysis, and deals with the surgical treatment of varicose veins.

Dr. Carram also teaches vascular surgery at the Rappaport faculty of medicine of the Israel institute of technology Technion. He is constantly improving his skills by participating in Israeli and foreign refresher courses. He is actively engaged in scientific activities, being the author and co-author of a number of clinical and fundamental research projects. He has written numerous articles published in prestigious medical journals, as well as chapters in textbooks on vascular surgery.
