Mohamed Aboulghar is one of the leading experts in the field of reproductive medicine and infertility treatment, Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Faculty of Medicine at Cairo University and Clinical Director of the EIVFC Reproductive Medicine Center in Egypt.
Mohamed Aboulghar graduated from Cairo University and completed his postgraduate studies in Denmark, Sweden and the United States. Since 1979, he has been a professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the Faculty of Medicine at Cairo University. He was the founder and clinical director of the renowned Egyptian IVF Center. Mohamed Aboulghar also founded the Middle East Fertility Society (MEFS) and served as its first president. He is also the editor-in-chief and founder of the Middle East Fertility Society Journal.
The professor is actively involved in scientific activities and takes part in conferences. He has written and published more than 150 scientific papers in renowned international journals and has contributed to scientific books on infertility. Also, many international studies are conducted under his leadership at the Egyptian IVF Center (EIVFC). Mohamed Aboulghar serves on many international scientific committees and is a reviewer for several international journals including Fertility and Sterility, Human Reproduction, Human Reproduction Update and Reproductive Biomedicine Online. His achievements in reproductive medicine have been recognized with several awards.
Professor Mohamed Aboulghar currently provides consultations to patients on reproductive issues at the EIVFC Reproductive Medicine Center in Egypt.
